    Our experience with TUV has been nothing short of a nightmare, primarily due to the unprofessional, rude, and incompetent behavior of their Project Manager, Kiley ****. From the outset, their communication was poor, and despite their claims, our company never confirmed the audit date they proposed. Nevertheless, they took it upon themselves to schedule the audit without receiving any written confirmation from us. When we communicated well in advance, on July 25th, 2024, that we were unable to proceed with the audit due to lack of funds, Kiley not only ignored our cancellation but continued to pursue an unjustified cancellation fee. Her conduct throughout the process was highly unprofessional, marked by a complete lack of follow-up, an unwillingness to properly communicate, and a dismissive attitude towards our legitimate concerns. Despite our efforts to resolve this matter amicably, Kiley repeatedly demonstrated an astonishing level of incompetence and rudeness, attempting to hold us liable for fees for an audit that was never confirmed. She failed to perform her job properly by not securing a formal agreement from us and then sought to deflect her mistakes onto us through unjustified charges. We have provided TUV with all relevant email correspondence showing that no confirmation was ever given and that our cancellation was communicated clearly. Nevertheless, they have chosen to side with Kiley in pursuing a baseless charge, showing a total lack of professionalism and integrity. We strongly caution any business from engaging with TUV, as their conduct—exemplified by Kiley —is unprofessional, disrespectful, and dishonest. If this is how they treat their clients, we cannot recommend them under any circumstances.
