      The people at Montano - Shea in New Hartford were kind from the first time we walked in the door. I chose them because I was slowly driving by (I drive slowly) and Susan's husband waved and smiled at me from the bottom of their driveway.
      They are professional in a warm way. They were so thorough helping us at the church, where the whole service took place.
      We chose cremation, but Susan let us come up with our grandchildren to pay respects beforehand. That meant so much to us. Iam so grateful that that smile and wave brought us to the right place.

      Oh, and also very importantly, their prices are VERY REASONABLE.
