  Never had any issue or problem with Link Mechanical. Their word and schedule are always kept, prices are reasonable, explained, with no surprises ever. Personnel is highly qualified, neat and workmanship is rather meticulous. I do have a service contract with them and had it for years. They just installed a new air system in the house. Link Mechanical also has been an original installer of the heating and cooling system in the house more than 2 decades ago. Again, over the years their service was impeccable.

  My 90 year old mother and I recently had the pleasure of working with Link Mechanical Services to convert her oil furnace to a gas furnace, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, Link Mechanical demonstrated top-notch professionalism, skill, and efficiency. The installation team arrived on schedule and worked diligently to complete the project. They showed a high level of expertise in dismantling the old system and waited patiently for the Gas Company to install the meter. The consultation process was smooth and transparent with Katie, Jeff and Henry and others who took the time to explain all the available options, including cost breakdowns, potential savings, and the environmental benefits of switching to gas. They even organized for the old tank and furnace to be removed. They were responsive to my questions and even helped us with the scheduling and paperwork which made everything easier to manage. Mom and I am very thankful that we were able to work with this company to complete the work.

  If you ever have an emergency, you're in trouble. This company offers the worst service, the worst attitude, I strongly advise you to run, not walk, in the opposite direction and look for a company that treats its customers with respect and concern. We are having an emergency and the woman on the phone basically said too bad. We could care less. This is not only a terrible attitude, it is a dangerous one. Look elsewhere for your heating supplies and needs.

  ***** Unfortunately our schedule is booked solid with maintenance and repair calls for our current customers. Since you are not on our maintenance plan and have not used our services since February of 2015, the earliest available appointment available was November 4th, which we offered you. I reviewed our call log and spoke with our call taker Suzanne about your complaint. I am confident that Suzanne was polite and tried to be helpful.

  Only positive things to say about Link and the entire installation process. I want to give special kudos to Ryan, Tomas and Dorian who despite their youth were incredibly knowledgable and endlessly professional. They taught my wife and I a good deal about the physics of the system they were installing as well as the mechanics of the new thermostat and the app on our iPhone. We got a furnace, heat pump and a tankless water system installed so it was a great deal of work completed in 2.5 days. They were also meticulous about cleaning up and are even dog-friendly. I told them to refer future customers to us if they wanted more information. We'd chose them again. **** **

  Very positive experience from first call to scheduling to the completion of the job. Our water heater died and we were able to have someone come to inspect the issue and offer a quote then. We scheduled the service 48 hours after the water heater died and happily back to having hot water by noon. The team also installed our smart thermostat and didn't leave until it was working and I was able to control via the app. We also went through the work, maintenance needs, and operations. Overall very happy with the work from quote to completion.

  Our tenant called us the day before thanksgiving that she had no heat. We were not sure where to turn as we figured everyone was booked! We called Link and they had someone out that morning! We cant thank the staff enough for all of the help.

  Link installed our Bosh Heat Pump / Air Conditioning system in early May of this year. The installation crew was beyond awesome, they were extremely courteous, conscientious and respectful and efficient. We were extremely impressed, cannot say enough about this crew. The system has been running since installing it, and we are very happy with the entire system, it's very quiet and efficient.
