      1911 CCH with ivory grips came in and had a broken grip. over 1 year later still do not have new grips and the trigger is fitted horribly.. There after purchase service is the worst I have ever dealt with. Seems like they have people who do not care running the show. RUN away do not buy

      Customer bought a 1911CC from us last April and notified us there was damage to his grips. We sent him out a new pair of grips free of charge 5/26/23. Then we sent him a return shipping shipping on 6/6/23 to send the entire firearm back if he would like and we would hand fit the new grips to his gun free of charge and send it back to him. He never sent the gun back in and haven't heard from him since. Also, he never mentioned anything wrong with the trigger. Had he said something, we would've addressed that as well. I'm not sure what else we could have done to make the situation right.

      Terrible company to do business with. They don't pay their invoices and will ignore you when trying to collect. Whatever you do, don't do work with these people.

      Bought my DP 12 and i was having trouble getting the chokes out ! I sent an email in and they kindly advised me the best solution to get it removed. Put a little heat on it and popped right off ! Thanks standard !!
