"ORDER #********* with their entity ****** *** ****** apparently a shipping label with *** was printed, ******************, but the package was not given to **** spent extensive time with customer service via chat who kept telling me they were waiting to hear from *** which makes no sense since *** advises on their website that they never got the package, and my *** account shows no deliveries coming to my house. I asked that the order be reprocessed, customer service advises that cannot do that until they hear from **** They also said that when they do decide to reprocess the order they cannot send me a confirming e-mail that the order is being reprocessed." ...
