Bought this controller in person at Comic Con NYC 2024, sales man was very deceiving, told us it had a lifetime warranty. However, when controller started drifting, in less than 4 months, which is the very reason I bought it, sales person said, “drifting will never happen with this controller.” Lo and behold, drifting happened and it is NOT covered by their warranty! What?! $200+ for this sh-t! I’m very annoyed. I really got ripped off. A least Plastaytion/Sony controllers they fix it without charge within a year, you only pay your own shipping to them, which for me was about $10.
AimsController wanted me to pay $55 for repair, plus $23 for return shipping!
    Very deceptive. ??
I rather trash it than put any more money in to this cheaply made controller.
    Buyer beware!

I paid 350$ for a controller and out of the box it has MAJOR stick drift and I tried calling the very next day and couldn't leave a voice mail or anything. I emailed customer service and they responded a few days later sending a link to repair the problem myself. I didn't have the correct browser so I messaged them back for steps for a refund and they said they don't do refunds and sorry for any inconvenience. They sent me to their website which supposedly says that they get away with not refunding anybody for their garbage product .

I’m had stick drift after only playing 4 days 23 hours of call of duty warzone I purchased my controller sooner then the game came out I waited 2 months for the game to work the bugs out because they were really bad. My issue is I got sick drift and I follow a lot of streamers and am a moderator for one of them 10 different people got different prices to fix stick ranging from $15-$60 mine being the highest price I recommend NO ONE BUY ONE OF THEIR CONTROLLERS!

The company’s lifetime warranty isn’t true. Controller broke after 9 months and I was told that it would cost around 100 to repair it. Huh? Doesn’t a warranty cover the things that break? I guess not with this scummy bunch.
DO NOT BUY FROM AIM. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
