  Total scammer. Did work without filing permits unbeknownst to me and ghosted once I found out. Constant problems and arguments throughout the project, and constantly hunting change orders. I hired him around the same timeframe as the past few reviews popped up: prior to that he was BBB accredited and had good reviews. AVOID

  We hired Mr. Wil Freiheit and Next Level Building in November of 2023. Unfortunately, work did not begin on our project until November of 2024. When we hired him, reviews were excellent, but something happened to him and his business over the past 5 months. We started seeing poor reviews; reviews that said he took money for projects and then left the project hanging and people without work or their money. In our case, he started the job, but kept coming back for money even though the work was not done. To date, we have paid him $29,000 and our project is not done, and had to sever ties with him and his company. He ran out of money for our project, his workers quit, and he appeared at our home under the influence of some substance. One former worker even texted us to say he was a **** ****** and was just trying to get as much money out of us as possible. Additionally, we found out later that those that were working for him, electrician and plumber, were not licensed. Stay away from this scam artist.

  It's taken some time to write a review due to things starting off well in January. But as the time went on the communication dwindled, excuses were constantly made and no work was being done. We'd go weeks without hearing anything then would receive a phone call with an excuse and more broken promises multiple times. Now we're left 8 months later after being completely ghosted with a project we had to finish ourselves, out thousands of dollars and beyond mentally stressed. Our project was started poorly which required more work and money to properly finish it.

  Amazing to work with from the beginning. Detailed consultation during the quoting process with ample patience through all of our questions. When it came time for the install, everyone involved was professional, friendly, and happy to work with us! We have since had solar installed and the solar company told us that our roof is one of the best they've seen, and that the attention to detail and quality of work is very impressive. William and Kevin are a dynamic duo and we look forward to working with them for all of our future projects!

  Great communication! Calls and texts are returned promptly, I was even given updates while I waited for my window order. The guys who came to do the work were all very nice and respectful. All the guys, including the owner, were a joy to work with. I actually felt like family by the time the job was done and it was only a two day job. The custom work was done beautifully. They know what they’re doing. I will use this business for every job I have in the future.

  Next Level Const, did a great job for me. Home had water damage from several storms. In addition, some roof repairs were needed. I worked w/ Will and he was extremely helpful. His team (all great guys) did an outstanding on my roof repair. They took photos and explained all that was needed. As far as the water damage to a closet. The team did a great job. Would never know anything was damaged when they were finished. Will did a good job communicating throughout the whole job. He told me what work would be done and when the team would arrive. Finally, after all the work was done, crew did a great clean up. There were several days they worked inside with no one home and I couldn't tell they were even in the house. I would highly Next Level const for your remodel or repair jobs. You will be satisfied

  Will and his team showed us what the standard is in the construction industry. From the first meeting for an estimate to the very last ounce of the clean up, we couldn’t have found a better company. Professional, Meticulous, Polite, Clean. This entire crew worked tirelessly through blazing heat to give my family a space that we can enjoy for years to come. The little extra details that they added that we never even considered including, like an edging around our deck or finish on the stairs and railings. Just shows that these guys will go above and beyond to ensure you’re getting the best result. Very respectful of our property, and left no mess at all throughout the process. Give them a call, you will not be disappointed with what you get.

  On short notice William and his team installed a wood floor in my master bedroom so my parents could move into it. It was an emergency due to health issues with my father and he was very understanding. He and his team worked overtime to get the job done and my parents were moved in the day after the work was completed. I would highly recommend William for his work and for him as a person.   I worked with William and his guys in December of 2022. They installed murphy door for me in a 250 + year old home for me. They did a great job. They were patient, reasonably priced and came up with great ideas and worked with me when unforeseen issues arose because of the age of the home. I plan to use them again and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor. ****** **
