    Extremely high priced, whenever someone makes you sign an estimate pay attention to that red flag. I wish I did. My job was estimated to be difficult and take at least few hours. Turns out the repair was done in one hour and without difficulty replacing a flange for a toilet. A new stem had to be connected to the 3 inch pipe under the flange. It was relatively easy and I wish I did it myself. 65 minutes later I was charged $975 for a job that should’ve been not a dime more than 400 . wrote to the owner multiple times to revise the price knowing how much easier the repair was. No response after multiple emails. When I looked online, I noticed a similar pattern of ridiculously high priced jobs and dissatisfied customers.Unfortunately, for me, I allowed it to happen , I should’ve been smarter upfront but they took advantage of me needing a repair. I assume this company will be out of business in a year or two, until then beware of Griswold plumbing.
