    Reached out to Insulation Solutions several times by phone and twice by Email to schedule an estimate for work I wanted done.Never received a call back.I guess they didn't want my business.
    Extremely poor customer service!

    Scheduled an in home energy audit through Eversource only to have them cancel. This was ok as the person was feeling sick and I was understanding of the situation, so I rescheduled. Well the next appointment was also canceled as they had scheduling issues so I set up a third appointment. Well long behold that appointment was about to be cancelled because of a new software system was being installed and they had no way of inputting the data on a Saturday. I argued that I keep loosing time off of work trying to meet these audits and they did ultimately assure me they will keep the appointment but was eventually canceled the morning of as the tech called and claimed that his helper had called in sick. 3 strikes and they are out!!! And no call from administration for an explanation or an apology. No customer service. Had to select a star rating of 1 but really should be 0 stars
