      Have used Joseph Merritt successfully several times in the past to print brochures supporting a non-profit for kids with cancer or other serious illnesses. However, most recently they deviated from the paper stock that was used before and the paper was too heavy to fold properly. Since we were repeat customers, I was surprised they didn't look at previous orders for the same job and use the correct weight. Guess I expected competent customer service and an interest in doing quality work.
