Terrible experience at ******** ******** using their valet service at ** ********* *** They closed up at 5pm didn’t tell anyone and moved our cars to a different area. Took over a hour to get my car with my 79 year old uncle waiting to go home after surgery. Terrible company terrible employees I begged The girl who was going home at 5 PM to get my car and she just jumped in her Uber and split.Review fromMajid T

Damaged my car at **** ***** airport valet. Hire kids who cannot drive. Worthless service. Dangerous to your car. The idiot ripped the panel off my right wheel by scrapping it against the curb. The entire wheel was white with curb paint. Obviously a loser company. Stay away.Review fromJanna J

I paid $73 for long-term parking with directions that I’d be able to scan my QR code. I get to the airport and there’s no place to scan my QR code. I call customer service and they tell me they can’t cancel my reservation because it’s active and that I should just call them at 2 am from the gate entrance on my way back. That’s crazy and unacceptable. I don’t want to be stuck at the gate with cars behind me and ultimately for Ed to pay twice anyway…Review fromPhilip Y.

I parked at an LAZ parking lot accross from the ****** ********, downloaded their app, paid for 2 hours and returned back to my car before it expired. I came back to see a $90+ ticket on my windshield for not paying for parking. When I emailed LAZ with proof of my payment to them, they insisted on an additional $15.00 payment to cancel the ticket because the lot # that their own app selected was not the correct lot. I am a tourist so don't know the area well and my experience with other apps like ParkMobile will use the phone's location to select the appropriate lot which LAZ's app apparently doesn't do correctly and they still punish the tourist for their problem. Best to use the ParkMobile lot right next to the LAZ's if visiting the Aquarium to not have a similar problem as I experienced with LAZ Parking.Review fromMark M

Terrible. I had to file a police report. Their employee (attendant) working their service at New Britain General Hospital in CT on January 9 2023 stole my credit card, $100 in cash I had hidden in my glove compartment to give to Bread for Life and a $200 pair of ray ban aviator sunglasses also in my glove compartment. The police have a warrant out for his arrest and have confirmed via security cameras that it was LAZ’s employee. Obviously they do no background checks on who they hire. I will be getting a lawyer to sue the company. And to think it was at a hospital at the emergency room entrance. DO NOT TRUST THEIR SERVICE.Review fromKristi P

Parking service for T***** **** (Battery ALT) specifically the *** ***** We arrived at 7pm, pulled a ticket. Got in our car to leave at 1045pm Did not get out of the parking deck until after 1150pm. One of the members of our car had to get out to help direct traffic after sitting for 15 minutes and not moving. We were stuck with 20+ other cars in the 5th level alone, unable to move. We could not get to the exit on any of the floors below. When we called security they told us it was a “traffic jam” but no one was coming to assist. Security sent us to the parking assistant voicemail. Paying customers were out directing traffic with the help of one security guard. When we arrived to the exit to pay (an hour later, two floors down) the parking attendant blocked the exit and wouldn’t let us out, directed us to wait in another line at a different exit on the other side of the parking deck. We were not credited the extra hour we spent in the parking deck. We were still required to pay in full to exit the deck. Horrible horrible experience. No one except one security guard came to help. It causes major safety concerns as 50+ vehicles were trapped in the deck unable to exit for over an hour.Laz Parking LTD, LLC

We have attempted to dispute a claim with LAZ parking and the process is intended to thwart disputes. We attempted to pay for parking the night of 09/22/2023 using the ****** text provided my credit card and it was rejected after 3 or 4 attempts. We were attending a wedding and needed to be in the venue. I gave up went in and the mother of the groom said parking for wedding guests was provided. LAZ has two parking lots right next to each other the south lot was covered but the north lot was not. Now we are being sent to collections in the amount of 92.00 for about 4 hours parking. Scam operation I'll do my best to not use one of LAZ lots again. should'nt give them any stars.Review fromJacob S

If I could give a negative review I would. Laz continues to raise prices with worse service. I pay for monthly parking and the garage is full because people double park and they don’t do anything about it. The gate doesn’t work and people get stuck. I have tried to get in touch with them but they never answer and say that no one complains. If I were to work like they do, I would have been fired from my job. Laz Parking is getting ridiculous. I'm a wedding and portrait photographer based in ******* and I often visit **** ***** for photoshoots. On April 27, 2023, I had another session in **** ****** and my meeting point with my clients was the parking lot located at ******* ****** - which is operated by Laz. As my clients were already there waiting for me, I got out of my car, got my cameras on, and immediately started my session, completely forgetting about the payment. When I returned to my car, within 30-40 minutes - I paid for 4 hours parking, receipt information copy-pasted below: Date In: 4/27/2023 Time In: 7:11 PM Plate ******* Park Time: 4h 00m Parking Fees: $17.00 Convenience fee $2.46 Total Paid: $19.46 Visa **2920 Today, I received a parking notice with a letter demanding me to pay an $87 fine "because I paid it after the grace period." They also add, "The vehicle may be subject to towing or booting, and the owner may be liable for additional costs and fees, to the extent permitted by law." According to their letter, my car had entered their lot at 6:26 PM and exited at 7:12 PM. I just sent them an email for them to dispute the additional charge they're trying to scare me into paying. When I forgot to pay in the past, I had no problems with paying them as I had not paid the parking fee, which was on me. But I ALREADY PAID for more than what I used the space for - and they're still coming after me like this is ridiculous. I will be taking this manner to the city of ****** as I'm pretty sure these people are using a loophole, and maybe it's time we get our parking spaces back to the city, and those scammers can find other ways to make money. Perhaps ways that require "working" rather than bullying people. :)Review fromCatherine L

This is 2nd time in a month that they have closed part of the Tower City parking lot with 0 warning. i understand that maintenance needs to be done but i am just asking for notice of when part of it will be closed. I don't expect you to let people park in all the empty spots of the preferred parking, but it would be nice if you would let the people who pay to park in those spots be able to access those spots.
