      I commend Mr.Paul P****** of Air Flo Mechanical for finally making good, at his own expense, on the rebate he promised me for the combo hyper heat pump and AC system that he installed. I do not question the quality of his workmanship, but for someone who probably has a lot of experience with applying for rebates from ******** ***********. He did not handle the situation well. ******** *********** for their part we’re not very responsive.. When I communicated with them initially, they claim some of the equipment was not qualified for the rebate..Afterward, I could never get a clarification from them and was shuffled from person to person …Mr. Paul Perkins on the other hand, maintained everything was all right, my rebate was on its way, and that he had communicated with energize Connecticut which was not what I was hearing from them, apparently he relented and paid the rebate out of his own pocket, after I had applied considerable pressure on ******** *********** to supply all the input they exchanged with me in writing to Mr Paul P****** that my unit installed did not meet the requirements for a rebate…
