    Once again, Advanced Mechanical Services in Farmington saves the day. Middle of winter, needed a new thermostat - immediate response. Now, middle of July never-ending heat wave our a/c stopped late Sunday night when it was still 80 degrees outside. Within 1 hour of our call to their answering service a real technician called us back. After understanding our issue he promised us they would get a technician out first thing a.m. Sure enough, 8:00 a.m. our phone rang and by 9:00 a.m. a very knowledgeable technician (Ian) was at our door. By 10:00 the problem was fixed and the air was back on. Just amazing service when we knew that Advanced Mechanical Services had to be swamped with calls given the length of the heat wave and heavy rains. Our sincere thanks to John and Deena (owners) and the whole crew at Advanced Mechanical Services. And, oh, did we mention that the bill was amazingly reasonable. Thank you! *** ******** ******
