"had very sub standard treatment from this business with the staff and the opthamologist andrew e****** went there to have consult and exam for cataracts having been diagnosed at another office of an optometrist where cataracts were found and needed to have surgery scheduled went for 1 visit at nortern ct eye assoc in july and basic testing which all was confirmed usually surgery is scheduled asap as condition only deteriotes i was asked to return in october 3 mos later didnt make sense for such serious condition i went back in october to another consuly basically same as first and on leaving no surgery date just staff saying someone will call you in 3 weeks didnt say surgery or nothing this is allowing cataracts to worsen never received call called 3 times for why the delay only same answer we ll call you as soon as possible thats after 6 weeks of wait this office does not have interest in my experience doing important service as they could care less making it a place to avoid at all costs went to another office and was immediately scheduled for surgery with no being given run around dont waste time with this enfield office"
