  Earthlight was great to work with, from our first conversations with sales, through design work, the site visit, installation day, and system turn-on. Their recommendations for panel choice out-shined the competition, selecting new and power-efficient panels that also have high ratings for protection against salt aerosols from nearby beaches. They handled all the Town permitting and inspections, somehow avoiding the delays that are commonplace in this area. Our account credit with Eversource Energy is growing rapidly, and we have no fear that our A/C needs during summer heat waves will strain our budget this year.

  This company made going solar a breeze. They were with me from a to z and well beyond. I consulted with several other companies before making the easy decision to sign with Earthlight. Other companies employed very pushy, high pressure sales tactics, others offered inferior products, and other seemed to be hoping that you’re not shopping around and try to get you sign with outrageously high prices. Earthlight was none of that. The offered an a very good price, good quality products and a pleasant sales team that was a dream to work with…. And they even were able to install ahead of schedule! I am thrilled by my experience with Earthlight - contacted them and find out how stress-free going solar can be!

  Working with Earthlight on my home solar project was a great experience. They explained everything to me upfront with no pressure. Their installation was fast and high quality. After everything was done, I had a small issue with my system monitoring, and their support team quickly fixed the problem. I would certainly use them again if I ever had another solar project.

  My experience with Earthlight's service was excellent. They were honest, fast, technically thorough, and pleasant to work with. I can't recommend them highly enough. My SunPower system has been running for 90 days now and I'm very pleased with the results even though it's still winter. I received bids from multiple companies before selecting Earthlight. What helped seal the deal for me is when a different company that did a bid for me recommended Earthlight! I had many questions for Earthlight about the best racking, panels, etc. based on those other bids, and they answered me quickly and thoroughly. I also liked that my sales person was with me through the process and I wasn't handed off as soon as I signed the contract.

  Earthlight is an amazing company. When we selected Earthlight to install the #1 rated Sunpower Solar system, we got a gem. Every step along the path from initial consultation to system design to installation to turning on the power was excellent and flawless. Earthlight professionals explained everything in courteous, clear, and common sense language. As recent customers we are anxious to realize the maximum benefits from our new energy source.

  We cannot say enough positive things about Earthlight. From the initial contact to the final installation, we were kept informed of every step. There were no surprises or issues. The entire process was seamless. All of our questions, which were few due to the great explanation of every part of the process right from the beginning, were answered quickly and in language we could understand...no "techy talk"!! Earthlight was the third solar company we contacted...wish they were the first. From the office staff to the installers, we were very happy with the job. The installation crew was very professional, friendly and showed respect for our home and property. The staff followed up to make sure we were satisfied. The customer service was fantastic. There are a lot of solar companies out there but I would DEFINITELY recommend Earthight to anyone considering solar.

  We contacted Earthlight about 6 months before our installation. The whole process was clearly explained, as well as the programs that Eversource was offering, and what we could expect to produce and to export. Once they gave us a date, they followed through with all the necessary permits and showed up as expected. The crew was professional and efficient. We have had the system for almost a year now and have had zero problems. We especially like using the app to see how much we have exported and how many kilowatts we have used. Highly recommend Earthlight for their transparency and their knowledge and their professionalism.
