    Beware of this company. I have had nothing but trouble with them. They installed 2 storm doors costing me over $1500. 4 days later the doors are falling off. I let them know that the wood they’d be screwing the doors into was not in the best shape, but Nick, the installer, said he used extra long screws and he assured me it would hold. Well, it didn’t even hold a week! I guess I’ll have to repair or replace the wood, but since they refuse to come back out or make it right, I’ll have to take the doors off and reinstall them myself. The owner, Vicky, doesn’t even have the decency to call me. In fact, no one from this company has returned my calls. If you buy doors or windows from **** ****** ask them to contract out the installation work to another company and NOT Exterior Associates.
