    I am filing this customer review on the Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center in ******** *** I want to notify all potential customers that this office and staff are extremely unprofessional and do not have the customer in mind. I had a very bad customer service experience with them over 3 years ago during Covid-19 when an office was not staffed adequately and I could not come to get my hearings adjusted. Therefore, I had no hearing aids in two months. This was very difficult for me. Not only was I not accommodated, but I left three voicemails and no response. I finally ended my relationship with them because of this. I contacted the ******* office today noting to the front desk that I wanted to discuss payment options for purchasing new hearing aids. When the office manager called me back and inquired about my past relationship with Miracle-Ear, she openly argued with me and claimed what I was saying was false. When I did not back down on my statement, she said, there must have been some confusion. At no time during this call was I told they apologize for my inconvenience.
    Stay clear of this office - they are not out for your best interests. It is more important than ever in this world that establishments stand by excellent customer service for their products and services.
