    Totally unbelievable.. I have used Thomas, then winter brothers and now Oakridge for over 40 years even though it changed hands but SAME girl is there.... Past two years I have been paying monthly as I am a senior and told them I wait until my soc security comes in.. All was fine.. when I called I said I payed she said you are fine..I WAS NEVER LATE WITH A PAYMENT.. Today July 22, 2022 my garbage was not picked up at usual time. I called girl , she said my account was frozen. I said why? I am all paid up even paid more than what was due for that month forJuly.!!!! When I got a letter in the past I called they said I was fine as I said I paid.!!!.. They seemed nice back then but something has changed......There was no notice of my account being frozen!! PLUS I PAID in FULL for JULY..Its not like I did not pay... THEY HAVE MY MONEY FOR THAT MONTH...Their gripe she said I did not pay for August! I said its not august yet and have never had any issues.... How can companies treat people who have paid and then just cut them off with no notice...THEY HAVE MY MONEY but I guess its not good enough for them... They are horrible and treat people terribly... I'll see if I get my money back!!! since I paid but they are not coming... I CANCELLED THEM FOREVER... See if I get reimbursed!!!!!

    Just to add. I just got a note in the mail Friday 22 July 2022- saying I owe 47.49. (for August). If payment cannot be made at this time please contact customer service which I idd to make payment arrangements. I explained what I always explain and she says you are fine... No problem.. But this time they froze the account . Even on the letter I got today it says Failure to do so MAY result in suspension of services.. I JUST GOT IT TODAY JULY 22 Friday in there mail..NO CALLS OR ANYTHING FROM THEM... ITS NEVER BEEN A PROBLEM SO WHY NOW AND SUCH DRASTIC ACTION!! is sickening. Others I talk to AGREE...BAD BUSINESS... Girl said she'll refund me 50.00..Only time will tell on that!!

    We had this service for years and they were fine but this last year they stopped picking up our trash, any time they had a holiday we didn’t get our trash picked up until the following week, I had to call and beg them to take the trash and finally I found another company. They said they would pick up their cans over a month ago and they are still here. I have called weekly about it and they yes me and then nothing. The last time I called the woman said they were in their way and guess what? Another lie. They also haven’t refunded my money. The worst.
