    My employer has used services of R&L for decades. They are a great resource to have on call and take pride in keeping the residence maintained and customized to the owner's requests.
    They were very experienced in handling all issues on the property. They have assembled an experienced and knowledgeable team and a wide network of contractors and can coordinate addressing all range of house and property issues. I have enjoyed working with the onsite team and Rick, Lisa and Kelly.

    We were so pleased with R&L not only were they courteous and friendly from the moment we called up for their service, but the team they have working for them are just as pleasant,knowledgeable, and extremely efficient! We were so happy to have R&Lin our home, and to finally find a business like this that truly and honestly cares about their customers!

    I have never struggled with the ten word minimum. It is the 1,000 word max that retrains me!
    I have users R&L for several years and found R&L to be the most customer oriented company I have worked with.
    The most important thing R&l does is LISTEN!!! When you call them, they do not interrupt you and assume they know the question. They let me explain my problem before offering any possible solutions.
    And R&L has the experience and network of craftsman needed to help me. And R&L normally offers better solutions I never considered. R&L has resolved problem with hearing and air conditioning systems, lighting, removing fuel oil tanks, fences, irrigation, stone work for patios and around pools, and much much more. They are never stumped and they have never failed to fix what went wrong, and WITHIN the budget proposed!!
    They are on time and solve the problem.
    If they will be late, or there is some conflict the immediately let me know
    In conclusion, LISTENING and COMMUNICATION and exceeding what they proposed to do is what elevates R&L above the rest!!!
    I have used other property maintenance companies in the past who were absolutely FANTASTIC. Bottom line, they were not NEARLY as good as R&L. Why would I want to go with anyone else?

    Outstanding services! My first experience with R&L was a great one from the initial call to the end of a perfectly done professional work.
    My situation was addressed quickly, and the job was done with a friendly smile.
    I will definitively trust R&L for future need in my home.
