    Built Right Solutions did not finish or start the job they were to do RIGHT. They were to put the ceiling popcorn covering on the wall broad. First, you are to prime the wall broad. Which they did not do. NOT RIGHT! So, the ceilings is falling on us as we sleep. We got in touch with Joe, who works for built right. They said to much time has gone by . Maybe, 3 years now … but it all started 1 year after they did the work WRONG! We are still trying to get them to do it RIGHT. Right now, I feel that word (RIGHT) does not truly represent them and they a misleading the consumer.

    they came to my home in2020 , they didn't listen to mi, when i told them to put the dumpster on the side of house ,second had leaks from the begginng, keep calling Ryan the owner ,but never saw a supervisor to supervise the work being done, made two more calls about leaks in my bedroom he sent a guy to fix so i thought problem fixed right? no i found another leak called him and he tells mi that its been two years that i have to give him a credit card to have on file? for what your work is soppose to be guarantee i should not have to give you no credit card you soppose to send someone to fix my problem that i had from the beggining your commpany started in my house . leak has not been fix, nor has he tried to contact mi for a solutio.

    We were in contact with this homerun immediately for a response I let the homeowner know that we do not provide free service upon roofs being completed within one year given our contract we keep your credit card on file for repairs made going forward on any roofs out of warranty Especially in situations where complete route was not replace in Mr. Rodriguez's circumstances the whole roof was not completely replaced by Builtright there for warranty does not permit
