  Our property needed a variety of tree services including pruning huge old oak trees, cutting down a dead poplar tree, and cutting down a screening row of eight evergreen clusters. I carefully researched local tree services companies, looking at their websites, customer ratings from multiple sources, and verifying the firm was certified and carried worker liability insurance. JNP’s website was clear and easy to navigate, and the primary focus was consistently on safety. This was a big positive for me. The owner, Jose R**** answered my inquiry the same day and always responded in a timely manner to all my questions. He sent a contract which accurately reflected details of the exact work to be done and at pricing consistent with his estimate in person. The pricing was very reasonable. Jose started the project two days after I signed the contract. The team was on time (8am) and the work was completed on schedule (2 days). Jose was on our property working with the full team most of the first day, and stopped by regularly on the second day to see how everything was going and whether I had any questions or comments. They were all polite, friendly and extremely professional. When Jose was off-site I directed my questions to Jayson who was also great. They both provided consistent opinions when asked, and followed through on all my requests. Upon completing the job, they thoroughly cleaned up our whole yard (trees had been pruned all around the property). Jose asked me to walk the property and make sure all the agreed work was completed to my satisfaction before I made the second 50% payment. I could not have hoped for a better experience than I found with JNP Tree. Everything at least met (and usually exceeded) my expectations, and at pricing that was worth every dollar. I would not hesitate to recommend JNP Tree and Jose to any potential customers who are considering their services. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. ** ******** ********* ***

  We have worked with Jose and his crew twice recently. They have our highest recommendation. Communication is clear, professional and pricing is very fair. I have never seen anyone work as hard as Jose and his crew, often with smiles on their faces. They're in the process of removing a large number of VERY large pine trees in our yard and we are amazed at their efficiency and skill. An added bonus is that Jose is a very pleasant and kind person. Choose JNP and you'll be glad that you did!
