    May 10,2024 From the time we walked in I felt at ease, as this motor vehicle stuff Can be stressful! Alayla R was beyond professional. I needed copies of two registration I was in and out in less than 10 mins!! COME IN ALL ARE WELCOME, YOU WON'T BE SORRY- SKIP THE B.S. AT "THE MOTOR VEHICLE'S" P.S. It was Mother's Day Weekend, I was presented with a single rose from Andre' who was more than gracious and kind, as were all the workers!!! Honestly I was blown away by the service provided to me today!! Thank you Mobile Registration Services of Ct!!

    THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER! dont go here! the owner has the worst attitude. I went in to get my hard plate and he did not want to helpe me after they told me once i get my emissions the process is quick and easy. I told a very nice employee there that it is hard for me to wait honestly because i work in greenwich and with the bridge delay i just need help with timing. SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND TOLD ME U HAVE ONE PERSON AHEAD OF U and its about 20 minutes. i said ok- im going to go outside and make a call for work and ill be back. I wasnt outside for even 10 minutes when i went back in and he said that he was not doing business with me. TRASH TRASH TRASH! he was at his desk eating a bag of chips when he could have been more helpful. Dont ever go here! worst service
