  My experience with Jason the owner of Jay Adam mechanical was awesome. Jason was referred to me by a friend for heating and cooling work that I needed to have done. While Jason was at my house I inquired if he had any experience with gas fireplace. I been having issues with my gas fireplace for over eight years. I had three self-proclaimed experienced fireplace service technicians came in to diagnose and fix the issue, all three company could not find or fix the issue but charged me several hundred dollars for service calls. All three recommended that I replace it with a new fireplace insert, which I passed on. Jason was able to thoroughly diagnose the issue within twelve minutes of his arrival and told me what part I needed to order. Once the part arrived, he returned and install the part. The fireplace is now functioning perfectly. Jason was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very through. From now on, Jason will be my new service provider for my routine heating and cooling maintenance needs. I will only trust Jay Adam Mechanical to maintain my HVAC system. Job well done!   I called Jay late on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. He texted me within a couple hours told me he could talk to me the next day and he called me the next day and we scheduled a visit. That's a win right there! He came out to the house and diagnosed my problem immediately. It took him under an hour to complete the job, he was friendly, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable about my air-conditioning system. Most importantly, he cleaned up after the job was completed and left me instructions as to how to properly maintain my air conditioning system after he fixed it. In addition, he didn’t try to upsell me on services that were not needed. I would highly recommend him for any heating or air conditioning problem. This was the second time I have used Jay Adam Mechanical - the first time was during the winter because something was wrong with the heating system. Jay responded to my phone call immediately. When he came out to the house, he quickly identified the issue and resolved it without us having to go without heat. His immediate response and professionalism was why I called him without hesitation for my air conditioning problem. I highly recommend Jay for any HVAC issue!
