BBB has been notified that the address on Holladay Street, Tucson, AZ is not associated with this business. According to consumers who have been contacted by Cyber Securities, this business claims to be affiliated with Microsoft Tech support and the US Government. The business then alleges that the consumer's computer is being hacked and must be repaired via remote access. Using scare tactics, they gain access to the computer via the online connection to "repair" the problem. One consumer stated that the business gained access to their computer and changed the content of information being sent to BBB. BBB encourages consumers to exercise caution when responding to calls from this company. Based on information provided to BBB, it appears that this business could be connected to the Microsoft Tech Support Scam.
