- All products are warranted against defects in both material
and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from
date of shipment. Should a product, in the sole opinion of Draught Technologies
malfunction within the warranty period, Draught Technologies will repair or
replace the product without charge. Replacement of product will be on an
exchange basis only. This warranty does not apply to any product that has been
damaged due to accident, abuse, improper installation, natural or personal
disaster or unauthorized alterations, repairs, or modifications. In no event
will Draught Technologies be liable to any purchaser for any costs or damages
beyond product repair or replacement, arising from the purchase, use or
inability to use any Draught Technologies product. Before returning any product
for warranty service, please call the Customer Service Department for a Return
