"Innovate1 seems Terrible and worst service ever and dubious, with not even a phone to reach, I tried to renew a passport and made payment of $142, and they charged my bank card $426 for a passport.and I asked for a refund as they noticed via since feb 2 and I got a response they would process a refund for 5-8weeks, it’s June 4 months now I haven’t received my refund." ...
