    If I could give this company a zero stars rating, I would. We first encountered the owner of this company in June of 2023. He agreed to help us with setting up and connecting 2 single-wide trailers on our property. He gave us quotes to do the following jobs (plus a few other minor things): level and set the trailers, connect them together, set up the utility infrastructure from the trailer to the electric pole, septic system, and propane tank (which we also purchased from him), lay the subflooring in the trailers, put in new windows, reconfigure the bathrooms, install tankless water heaters, and fix the roof at the connection point. By October we had paid him the full amount of what he quoted for the work (over $60,000). In November, he had a 'family emergency' and then disappeared until April of 2024, when he came back saying that he grossly under-bid the jobs and he needed another $14,000 to complete them. At this point, the only completed job was the installation of the windows. We had dealt with open utility trenches all over the yard all winter. The subflooring was started, but not finished. His crew (consisting of family members) never stayed for a full day's work period and would rather sit around and chat with us (very friendly people) than work. Now it's July and he's informed us that he had to get a full-time job because he's out of money and he's very sorry, but there's nothing he can do to help us. We've asked him to at least give us the stuff he said he bought and has been storing in his garage for this project, but all we've heard in return is crickets. We would **** but we've been told it would cost triple what we're already out and then we'd still have to hire a collection company to get our money. We decided we couldn't afford it because we've already taken out loans and sunk our savings into this project.DO NOT TRUST OR HIRE THIS COMPANY OR THIS MAN!
