    Numotion's website, under SERVICE and REPAIR states: Your wheels are your independence. You don’t want to be inconvenienced or stuck when you need a repair. Our extensive service network has you covered at home or across the country. This is exactly the opposite of what we have experiences the past 7 years in dealing with them for our son. Our son is paraplegic and permanently in a wheelchair and for years now, it is constant struggle, headaches, inefficiency, and terrible customer services for wheelchair maintenance and repair. Long delays, unresponsiveness, poor planning, and simply bad customer service for someone who already has enough challenges than to have to deal with a huge fuss and weeks of delays in getting his mode of mobility safe and reliable. Again, this is not an optional thing: this isn't a mountain bike or something for fun...he is permanently paralyzed; his chair is his mobility. My review is that this company does not support the people it claims to support. We have switched companies to another provider and I cannot recommend against NUmotion more strongly. Sorry guys, I don't usually speak up but you have to make some changes in process, communications, and staffing to better serve your clients.
