      I attempted to book a private birthday party for an autistic child. They took a deposit and after they had my money said they would not be able to accommodate their "Eagles Nest" room. I explained I paid the extra $75.00 fee for this room and if they could not guarantee that room we would need to cancel the reservation. The sales manager said, "That's fine but we will not refund your booking fee deposit". I said I cannot tell the parents of these special needs kids it will be a private room, then I will need to cancel. She said she would only issue a game play card. I said my grandson cannot take the noise so a game card won't work. She still refused to refund my money when it was their inability to accommodate special needs children that caused the cancellation.
