    Horrible business. Had some work done 9 months ago and was scheduled for a cleaning. They called me the day before to tell me I had a $700+ balance due from 9 months prior that I would need to pay when I came in. As far as I knew I had paid everything and insurance has covered as well. I called the insurance company and they stated that I should only owe $200+ for the rest of my part. I called the dentist office back and they disputed the insurance company statement even though I just spoke with them. They were very rude and stated that if I did not pay it as soon they would send me to collections. Why did it take them 9 months to figure this out and why is it now my problem that they need to close it the previous year? On top of that, the provider I was scheduled with had left the practice and they had scheduled me with a different provider without telling me. I cancelled my appointment more than 24 hrs prior to my scheduled appointment, but I wouldnt be surprised if they try to charge me for canceling. I will keep working with my insurance company to try and get this straightened out as at least they were very kind and helpful when I spoke to them. I will never go back to this office.
