      The local branch in **********, ** did a great job for me. The staff was very courteous and went out of their way to be helpful. Thanks for everything. If I hadn't moved to Orgeon, I would still be doing business with them.

      I ordered my wife's Christmas gift online from ****.com however my account was charged twice for ***** for a total ******. I contacted **** and they agreed to credit my account for *****. But they were having trouble with sending me the money?? When I contacted Points West I was informed that my account being closed for an error caused by ****?? I spoke to Bib at I-80 branch and was denied their services because they had the right to choose their customers. OK I received a cashiers check and opened a new account at ******************* I wasn't looking forward to transferring my monthly online bills which were automatically deducted from my account for the mortgage, phone's, internet and recurring monthly payments. But in 3 days I had elk bills switched over to my new account which I had been considering after talking to a telkwr on Friday October 13th. She was ****, rude, and demanding. I was shocked that she answered the phone like that. I wished ger to have a good day and ended the call feeling I had disturbed her. The Professionalism and C.D. rates at Mt new Bsnk are AWESOME
