      United *********************************************** is ghosting us. They were supposed to be at our home to complete work and never showed up. TWICE! Both with promised work dates well within the means to have time to order materials. The second time within a week of our insurance deadline. So we are screwed. My husband and I are both hardworking professionals with a family and we frankly dont have time to deal with this mess. So avoid this company at all costs. We are are CO customer so I have no idea if ****** does more business in ****?? And thats why he hasnt gotten the work done? Either way theres no excuse. If he didnt want to do the work, he shouldnt have signed on to do the job. Its really that simple. So now that they havent shown up on 2 separate occasions, The owner is not retuning our calls & texts. Which is such a bummer so now I have to get on social media and call them out on it and highly recommend that no one in my neighborhood use them for their future business.Dont let the 4.9 stars review fool you. How they have rating is beyond me. I did some digging and there were other customers out there with very similar experiences. I would be very cautious to pick this company and go with someone else.
