    The owner is 100% unprofessional. I was away on business and our washing machine broke and my wife called Jensen. It is an Electrolux washer and the tech stated that the pump was out and would be $700 to replace but recommended replacing it because a new washer/dryer was over $5000 so my wife got it fixed. A week later it failed again and my wife called Jensen and a part went out that was $900 that traditionally goes out with the pump. Because I was home I checked and a brand new Electrolux washer is $900 and could have replaced it for the price of the pump he sold me. We called ***** to discuss and he berated by wife, was a jerk, and hung up on her. Apparently, you pay for a BBB A+ rating because this guy has reviews everywhere. Plenty of good places to do business and business like this need to be voted on with your dollars. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM.

    We were called to fix a washer that was not pumping or draining the water.  We gave an estimate and we were told to go ahead.  The washer was repaired and working fine.  The customer called again with a new problem and an error code.  We were able to advise the new problem and error code show the rear bearing has or is failing.  The customer does not want to proceed with this repair.  They want the ************ completely refunded.   We can't refund the ************.  The repair we made is still working the washer has a new and different problem that did not present itself at the first or second appointment.
