    I had Express Pros install my ac and furnace. They were punctual, polite, and very knowledgeable. I will always recommend them to family and friends.

    This is completely unprofessional, a scam, and unethical of your business to not have the best interest of your clients. I told Express Pros multiple times over the phone and in person to send ******************** the information of this case, and they stated they were then to find out they never did after they charged me over $400 for a switch. I find this so unethical that they lied straight to my face. ****** even stated that "Don't you worry we will fight with the warranty plan to make sure they cover" after she complained to me over and over how horrible it is to work with warranty plans. IT IS EXPRESS PROS RESPONSIBILITY TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE WARRANTY COMPANY ON BEHALF OF THE CLIENT. I paid for a home warranty plan for a reason, and this company made it to where I can not be reimbursed because they refused to communicate with the warranty plan when I told them multiple times that I wanted to go through the plan even after they kept trying to make me not to. This company chose to work with home warranty plan and signed agreements that they are not upholding.
