I cant thank ******* **** ***** and the crew enough.. They saved me a ton of money and the quality of work was excellent. Unfortunately, I had a backed-up sewer line on New Years Day and was a bit in a panic. I originally reached out to a company who had done work for me previously, but something just didnt feel right this time. Bottom line, this other company was taking advantage of me, ****** knew it and indicated that he wanted to help and that he did. *** responded quickly to my questions, gave me Trevors direct line and he was out to my house within a few hours to assess my situation. He also provided estimates for the work already done by the previous company. This was extremely helpful for me so that I wouldnt get overcharged for those services as well. ***** then jumped in to get emergency permits filed and kept me updated the entire time. The crew arrived on schedule (early actually) completed the work without ******* and cleaned up beautifully. Most of all ****** and *** really helped me when I was in a tight spot with a company who was going to overcharge me a ton . Thank you, **** Robin, ****** and crew, for helping restore our plumbing. Unfortunately, these days its not always easy to know who to trust, but as soon as *** responded I knew this was an honest company. Once I met ******, and talked to *****, that sealed the deal. This is a honest, down to earth company that does great work and I will be contacting them for future plumbing issue. Thank you!

Thank you for this wonderful review - We hope that you will use our service again, if the need arises and that you will refer us to your friends and family as well. Please keep in mind that we can work on all plumbing - We can fix leaks, repair & add gas lines, install hot water heaters, pump out grease traps as well as pump out septic tanks and if necessary repair and or replace water and sewer lines. Great service- ***** was on time, went above and beyond, and was honest and reasonable. After having another company quote us four times as much for cleaning our main sewer line, we're sure glad we used Afford-A-Rooter! Thanks again for the wonderful and personable service.
