    Arrowhead Service LLC gets my highest praise. We had a "no water during extreme cold spell" problem and they acted quickly, effectively, and compassionately to get our problem solved. First, ***** at the front desk had a demeanor that said "I care." She helped me get in touch with a person who could help me right away. Secondly, when that person called me back, he helped me troubleshoot over the phone that we had an electrical problem instead of a plumbing problem and was willing to go on a three way phone call with my daughter to help us fix the problem ourselves! That is what I call above and beyond the call of duty. ******* *****, Here and ******** near **********

    Avoid this business. I had my well meter crack in 2023 and i had this company come up to fix it. i was happy because they would work without being here since this is a vacation home. Well come to find out when i did my meter read this year they did not hook it up correctly as the reader and the meter did not communicate. I called well over a month from me coming out to have them install a new one and it took 2 calls to get them to call me back. I finally "sort of get an appointment" and the owner calls off on the first one claiming he is stuck in *******. We agreed to the next day. *** and behold he calls off on that saying he has a crisis in ******** now. And wants to show up a week late after i am gone. Luckily i found a plumber in the place i was having dinner he told me how to fix it and i am good now. This company does not live up to their word and the whole "christian" ***** is a sign you are probably going to have to pay more for someone else to fix it, thank God mine only cost me a drink.

    In response to this review, we would like to begin with our apologies that we were unable to make this right with this customer no matter how hard we tried. We did everything in our power to communicate what was happening with our schedule as we are a small plumbing business (Four Plumbers) and we had a technician who had a family emergency and Loss of a family member. Scheduling got crazy trying to rearrange our jobs. This job, while it was a priority for us, was not at crisis level like the one we had to reschedule in ******** a second time with this customer for. We do regret letting him down. While we were hoping to correct our scheduling conflicts and make this correction the customer declined our ********************** after several attempts.While we did ask to reschedule due to these unforeseen circumstances we can appreciate the value of our customers time and wholeheartedly wanted to make this right. He would not accept. WE did not abandon the job or ghost this customer, we kept communication and sometimes things (scheduling) does not always go smoothly in this trade as things can and do ******** To correct a few of this customers statements:This job was not done in 2023, per our records it was in MAY 2022. We were not made aware of any wrongdoing until JUNE 2024. Even outside of the 1 year warranty we provide to our customers we were more than willing to make whatever corrections needed to be done. The last statement that the customer made about our religious beliefs has nothing to do with how we charge and we most definitely hold our company to a high standard of practice when it comes to our pricing and customer **********************. We were coming to see what the issue was and had every intention of correcting the mistake that was stated we did, at NO COST for this customer. The comment that was made that he was happy that we could do the work while he was not there the first time is confusing as we absolutely had every intention even if he was no longer there.We acknowledge the frustration this customer experienced with our scheduling and can only ask for some ***** when things go haywire.
