    This was the best experience I have ever had at a repair facility. They were so kind and took care of me in a very timely manner. Nathan was so polite and walked me through all of his repairs. This is the 3rd place I have looked at my electrical system and no one else could fix it. Its fixed now. I highly recommend Nathan's RV

    Good customers of Nathan’s RV Service and Repair for years…have recommended him to others.
    Roof AC and satellite dish failure in AZ, wanted Nathan’s to repair. Returned home, left rig at his yard for some time. Were told didn’t have time to look at it so we just left it there.
    Weeks went by so I called the office to check on…was told they didn’t make that kind of satellite any longer and that the AC was on back order and it could be months before it came in. Went online and found a replacement satellite that would work…sent Nathan’s all info. Kept checking on AC unit was told “still on back order.”
    Online again, found AC unit. Sent all contact information again.
    Time went by and my wife and I went to check on progress.
    Were met with a wild-eyed Nathan, screaming epithets in the office and calling me almost every profane word in the book…all in front of my wife and the office ladies. Asked him to clean his language up in front of my wife…the tirade worsened and he invited me outside for a fist fight, where the profanity continued. He went back inside, asked him to calm down and act like a businessman so could get my coach’s tv fixed. Assured him would never darken his doorstep again if he would just get it fixed.
    Couple of days later, was notified was fixed and to get my RV out of his yard. I was glad to oblige and brought it home…the tv’s still did not work…tried to call his for advice. Office lady replied “take it to another shop.”
    Rarely write reviews and then mostly good ones for an excellent service experience.
    We will hire a competent repair service once we return from our trip to fix what he did not.

    I have no plans to speak to Nathan in the future for anything, but if it should happen, I will have my lawyer or a sheriff present.
