3 Days Return Policy on hardware only (original receipt required for all returns) NO EXCEPTIONS
Returns/Exchanges are for items with a manufactures defect ONLY. Physical and/or liquid damage ARE NOT considered to be a manufactures defect and are not covered by warranty.
Batteries, Chargers, Regulated Mods and other non-atomizing devices can be returned for evaluation for replacement or store credit within 15 days of purchase.
Refunds are reserved ONLY for items in complete and re-sellable condition and in original packaging, within 15 days of purchase. 20% restock fee may apply.
All consumables such as coils, atomizers, and drip tips are eligible only with manufactures defect, and MUSTbe returned within 24 hours for evaluation of replacement or store credit.
No returns/refunds on E-Juice or Disposables
Most items sold at Elite Vapes carry a manufactures warranty that extends past our in store return policy. Please retain your original receipt/paperwork so that you can make a claim if necessary.
