    This is a TERRIBLE company Abusive on the phone - literally YELLING at a customer after they pointed out the faucet they replaced was no where near the style they promised to replicate.Charging for work that was NOT done - and threatening legal action when they REFUSED to update the invoice to reflect the work that was actually done.Charging extra for a trip to get a new dispose-all AFTER saying they would be bringing one with them. Stay FAR AWAY from these people - they are dishonest and abusive!!

    This man and his wife are soooo honest and professional. I cant say enough good things. They referred me to other people who were equally amazing as well! They are incredibly knowledgeable about what they do! They know city codes in and out. I always felt like a priority as I had a lengthy ongoing remodel and required several visits. They always worked with my schedule and around other contractors. Very reasonable and trustworthy! Never thought twice about having them in the property without anyone there. Just good people doing great business for decent prices. Dont hire another plumber! Tommy is busy as all the good ones are but worth the wait (he will do everything possible to work you in if timeline is urgent though).
