    We originally used Garage Force back in 2017 and loved our garage floor. In 2024 we needed warranty work done. We paid an additional $1,100 for them to do our patio and front porch. Within two weeks the patio turned yellow and the warranty work done started to wear away. We contacted the owner and got on the schedule again to get this fixed, he had come to our home to assure us it could be fixed, but they were a "NO SHOW". We then made many, many calls and texts to the owner **** and his wife ******, just to be ghosted. Finally in March, 2025 we got a text from **** that said "Sorry, I went out of business and to contact corporate". I have filled out a warranty letter and spoken to *******, ********* and *** at Garage Force and they tell me they will escalate the conversation, that billing will contact me, that they can only try to connect me with billing once a phone call, and I get hung up on all the timel Super frustrating. Not a company I would ever do business with again!
