  If I could leave zero stars I would. My son, a Police Officer, was in court for 45 min and RMA towed his vehicle from a dirt parking lot. When we called at 10:30, to find out what happened, the lady that answered the phone said we could not pick it up until 1:00. I called back and the lady said that we could come get it. If she was available, she would release but if not, my son could get his gear. So, when we show up, we were not able to get the vehicle, just the gear. The guy, just opening and closing the gate, said it was policy, and we would have to come back at 1:00. We literally had the cash in hand and there were 3 employees just standing around doing nothing but smoking and talking on cell phones, and we could not pick up the car. There weren't even any other customers there. You would think a business would want to turn over vehicles.

  Never left notice, was told they towed my car on a Tuesday and it was actually towed on a Friday, but was charged since Tuesday.Was told there was a photo of my vehicle, after they left notice that it would be towed, with a time stamp on the photo to prove what day they claimed they gave notice. But when asked for a copy I was denied, when I asked to see the photo I was also denied. I was told my word against theirs.

  This company towed my car to a car dealership. The driver left the car in neutral and it rolled into a parked car on the lot. Then we find out the company don't even have insurance . How does a company run a business with no insurance . I have road side assistance and we used the one the insurance sent to us. Now I have to come up with a deductible and so ****** this is my error . Worst company in town. This should be illegal .

  Do not do business with this company. Do not park your vehicle anywhere near where it says RMA towing. These people will swoop down immediately and tow your vehicle. I have heard of many illegal practices they have to tow cars. One poor woman had to go to food banks to get food to feed her kids, because she had to pay to get her Illegally towed vehicle out before it incurred more charges. UNDERHANDED, NASTY, HEARTLESS, and illegal .

  RMA uses predatory practices to get people to pay for their own property. They sit and wait for people to make mistakes and swoop in for profits.

  The lady is very rude and unprofessional. Towed my husbands car because it broke down. I would give zero stars if I could.

  Shady as h*** You have to have an appointment to pickup your vehicle and get hen they schedule it at the wrong time. You have to pay cash through the gate like your doing a drug deal. Totally unprofessional! This place should not even have a business license.

  ON APRIL 25 I WENT TO DROP A TOOL OFF TO A FRIEND AND NOT EVEN 7 MINUTES PASSED AND THEY TOWED MY VEHICLE,THWEY CHARGED ME 400 AND 18 DOLLARS FOR NOT MORE THAN 45 MINUTE OF HAVING THE CAR,THIEVES THAT IS WHAT THEY ARE I WENT TO PAY AND THE **** SAID THEY ONLY ACCECPT CASH,NO DEBIT CARDS NO CREDIT CARDS THEY EVEN REFUSED TO GIVE ME A RECIPT, ***** ***** *****, ITS GONNA COME BACK IN FULL PLUS 10 TIMES OVER TO ALL THAT WORK THERE, ***** IS A WICKED INSTRUMENT OF LIFE,AND AFTER FILEING ALL THE COMPLAINTS,ITS POSSIBLE THAT ***** PROUID WHO LIVES ON **** SKYVIEW WILL NO LONGER HAVE A BUSINESS AFTER THEY PULL THEIR LICENCE,YOU DONT HAVE ANY FRIENDS THE ***** *****.AND WE MUSTENT FORGET KUNG CHEWY THE DRIVER,YES HIS NAME IIS KUNG CHEWY,WHICH CAN BE FOUND USUALLY IN THE BACK STALL OF THE PIRATES COVE,SO THATS WHAT I AM TOLD

  PREDATORY BUSINESS! The reviews and stories about this place make me question the local authorities and how they are allowing this to continue. Had a horrifying and truly scary experience with these folks. They tried to say their credit card machine didnt work after taking our card and Id because the gentleman didnt like the fact that we gave him two ids and two matching credit cards and he started mumbling about how we were rude and would just have to pay cash.. like this is ************* of something where the law doesnt apply. Speaking of the law my father in law is a 20 plus year Police sergeant and when he heard our story became furious and recommended us to call the police and file a fraud/scam report and also to call the Colorado DMV and attorney general to make formal complaints. Please if anyone else has been victim to also contact the state attorney general website and also call the dmv fraud hotline phone number available on their government website. Another scary fact is now they have our personal info and address info, I think they think they can bully people into just dealing with their thuggery. I will be on a letter writing campaign for the near future, getting the word out. One more thing, there is a review about them keeping a deceased persons ashes from that persons family.. if that is true then I need to say no more. These are just plain bad people. Bad people
