    TERRIBLE, CUSTOMER SERVICE I AM SORRY IF YOUR BOSS IS A A**** DO NOT TAKE IT OUT ON CUSTOMERS, RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AND I WAS WITH MY 93 YER OLD MOTHER JUST TRYING TO GET A NOTARY, **** WAS WORNG ABOUT OUR PPER WORK WE WENT TO THE **** DONE AND DONE I WILL NOT BE USING THIS STORE EVER AGAIN NOT POLITE, IT ALMOST FELT LIKE RACE DISCRIMINATION SORRY IF WE ARE NOT BROWN ENOUGH FOR YOU WE ARE NATIVE AMERICANS FROM, ********* MOM WAS BORN ON THE **** JUST HAPPENS TO LIGHT SKINNED UP THERE, WOW I COULD FEEL IT SOON AS SHE LOOKED AT OUR FACES AND SHUFFLED THROUGH THE PEPERWORK DID NOT READ ANYTHING NICE THANKS FOR NOTHING i AM PROBALLY LESS WHITE THAN HER ANYWAY.

    Good afternoon,It is not our intent to make you feel non important. I have talked with both of the notaries that helped you yesterday. They were following State guidelines as to the acceptance of documents with great importance that you had. It is my understanding that there were places on the document that were ****** out, hand written and not notarized. Three reasons according to the state that we should not accept them.I am glad you were able to find someone to notarize them for you: as notaries, we have an obligation to our oath that if there is any reason the document is unacceptable, we may refuse it.Interesting how you called us rude and the manager an a?:(@. I was not here when this incident transpired and you were swearing at the employees and flipping them off. I understand your frustration, the employees were just doing as they were trained through the state.Best Regards

    that was my brother and there was not two people and she painted a NICE PICTURE SHE WAS RUDE AND DOES NOT LIKE WHITE PEOPLE EVEN THOUGH I AM NATIVE AMERICAN, SO WHATEVER SHE'S NOT A NICE PERSON I DID NOT SWEAR OR FLIP ANYBODY THAT WAS MY BROTHER SORRY! THE OTHER PERSON NEVER SPOKE TO US
