    They don't care about the customer losing time at work because their workers lock themselves out of their trucks, are sick or doing something else. So you have to call the office to find out where they are and if they are coming. Also they are not sending me my money back (which they said was mailed out two weeks ago). This has been going on since 2-12-2024. We are talking about $683.00. They don't even deserve one star.

    Always on time? If an hour and 15 minutes past appointment time is on time. Charged me $9000 to install a $2000 furnace. Installers left and house was up to 77 degrees in two hours (thermostat set at 71). Tried to call their "one hour" number and was told "no one is on call" so call back in the morning. GREAT PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH IF YOU LIKE BEING RIPPED OFF!!!!
