  CAUTION & WARNING TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC OF ****** ********!WORST BUSINESS EXPERIENCE EVER, THESE PEOPLE DEFINITELY TAKE THE **** ON THAT. ANY GUESSES WHAT ELSE THEY TAKE? SUNGLASSES, OR ANYTHING ELSE VALUABLE THAT YOU LEAVE IN YOUR VEHICLE TOO. WAS QUOTED FOR THE LEAST EXPENSIVE MATERIAL INSTALLED ON MY VEHICLE ON ALL WINDOWS INCLUDING THE SUNROOF BUT EXCLUDING THE WINDSHIELD FOR $350. I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY AND THE AGREEMENT WAS THAT I COULD PICK IT UP THAT EVENING. UPON ARRIVAL ON THE 29TH, *** WAS DUMBfounded and CLUELESS AS TO WHO I WAS AND WHAT SERVICE I WANTED. I REITERATED THE CONVERSATION WE HAD ON THE ***** A WEEK PREVIOUSLY AND SHE SEEMED TO SUDDENLY RECALL AND REMEMBER NOW. I WAS GIVEN THE EXCUSE THAT SHE FAILED TO ENTER THE **** INTO THE **** SHE APOLOGIZED IN AN ATTEMPT TO SAVE MY BUSINESS AND I AGREED TO PROCEED. BIG MISTAKE THAT WAS! THESE 2 PEOPLE THAT OPERATE THIS MAKESHIFT EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS ARE PATHETICALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND FULL OF DECIET AND THERE IS AN EVIL PRESENCE THERE FOR SURE. THEY ENDED UP TAKING 5 DAYS TO COMPLETE THE **** AND THEY FAILED TO **** THE SUNROOF AS AGREED ON IN THE $350 QUOTE. I ASKED FOR $50 BUCKS OFF, OR FOR THEM TO FINISH THE *** AND NIETHER OPTION APPEALED TO *** THE ***** SO SHE JUST THREATENED TO SCRAPE ALL THE **** OFF INSTEAD. AT THIS POINT, I SAID, IF THATS WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO OVER YOUR OWN MISTAKE THEN SO BE IT. THEY SLAMMED THE **** DOOR IN OUR FACE AND HOARDED MY VEHICLE AT THIER **** OVER THE LABOR DAY WEEKEND AND I HAD TO GET A POLICE ****** TO OBTAIN MY VEHICLE BACK AND PAY $350 FOR NO RESULTS AND MY RAY-BAN SUNGLASSES WERE STOLEN OUT OF THE VEHICLE AS WELL. THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST BUSINESS EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD EITHER BUYING OR SELLING PERIOD. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE DISHONEST THIEVES, GO ELSEWHERE! I DONT KNOW HOW THESE PEOPLE SLEEP AT NIGHT, BUT I GUARANTEE THAT KARMA WILL PREVAIL AS ALWAYS IN TIME! - F+! 0 STARS! -

  This is the first customer in over 11 years of doing business who has tried to scam us like this. We have him on camera stating he wanted the premium film on his vehicle. We also have him on camera where WE had to call the police because of his violent behavior in our store when we told him he owed for the premium film because that's what he chose. We also offered to remove all the film and have no money owed, but he screamed at the owner to the point where another customer called the police. When the police got there, the customer had run into the field across the street after screaming across the field he was going to just "steal his vehicle back," since it was out in our parking lot. After the police arrived and he had fled, we were instructed by police to lock our doors and pull the vehicle inside because they were afraid he would come back when they (or us) left. There is a police report on file that I would be happy to download if need be. Just give me instructions. The police also advised us to get a trespass order on this customer, as his criminal history and violent behavior was very obvious to the police. Also, the police officer that HE brought a few days later to come get his vehicle, even though it was "his police ******," again advised us to get the trespass order. We do not do business like this guy is saying. We have a stellar reputation, but we do not have a problem calling out scammers and telling them they are on camera. This guy did not like that he wasn't going to get something for free. That's all there is to it.
