    **** will not listen to your concerns, he will talk over you, belittle you, and embarrass you. The way he speaks to his staff is inhumane. They will leave papers on your door and will give you a completly different answer than whats on the paper. My apartment has mold, foul odors, I have a 2 bed 2 bath and only able to use 1 bathtub because the other one is covered in mold and harsh water stains. The rent prices are ridiculous ***** and only able to use 1 bathroom. The refrigerator has been broken for months even after putting in service request after service request. ****, does not care about you or your family, do not stay here. Go up the block to a better apartment complex for better amenities if you need to rent.

    Management received a work order on 07/23/2024 for your refrigerator freezing food on it's lowest setting, which was responded to by our maintenance team on 07/24/2024. We received a second work order on 08/23/2024 which was responded to on 08/23/2024 and we replaced the thermostat. We received a 3rd work order on 09/07/2024 for the same freezing issue via our online portal, when our maintenance team determined that a new refrigerator was warranted and placed in the unit on 09/13/2024. As of today, 10/01/2024, no work order has been created by the resident or management regarding an issue of mold in the apartment. Please contact management immediately to address any issues of mold within the apartment.

    First of all to be upfront and honest. The ****************, ******* Assistant and ***** Office Staff plus their **************** are all right there for you each and ever time. I've never had any form of negative interactions with anyone. They have always stopped and listened not only to me but others who I've seen come and ask questions or requested something. The service I have been given while living here is outstanding and some would classify it as Top Notch. I've never had to wait for anyone to help me and that alone is amazing as there are a lot of *************** at Eagleridge. I feel ****, ******* and ***** plus the Maintenance guys do one Awesome and Amazing job here. If you have a problem speak up otherwise how are they to fix it right! I Without Hesitation, Highly Recommend Living Here.
