    They have no respect for the fourth party technicians they subcontract to take on the jobs they say they can do. They provide inaccurate training and documentation stating technicians need to had field squared. It says it in two places! Then they allow technicians to go out to sites 41 miles from home, sit in the parking lot for 60 minutes while they half way fix their complacent mess up. Only for that same technician to have to ask for them to finish fixing what should have never needed fixing in the first place. They demand their techs show up with two apps and cell phone ready to roll only to have failed at basic project management. So now a tech that has compromised on fair pay under the premise the site survey takes ten minutes and the drive takes 20 to 30 minutes is now at a single site for 90 minutes. Not due to a failure of their own but because of the PM! And guess what they get to do it for free because Survey Studio won’t take ownership of their own failure! I have 9 years of project management experience in companies from 500-4500 people and 1.4 million sq ft facilities this is 100% complacency! I sub contract for a reason and working for free is opposite. The milage alone from these jobs cost $70, $14 in insurance and oil change and tire wear based on mileage, then another $46 in third party fees. By the time all is said and done that $312 is $144 take home for 9 hours of effort. Plus one hour free due to Survey Studios complacency and greed and don’t even get me started on the micromanagement that wastes another 5-20 minutes of time.
