      I hired Rampart Landscape and Arbor Service (*********************.) in 2024 for routine landscaping at my home in ***********, **. I was clear from the start that I alone was responsible for financial decisions and billing communications. I received one invoice in June 2024, which I paid the same day. Then, nothingfor five months.Despite receiving multiple service-related emails from Rampart during this period, they failed to send any additional invoices until January 2025, after I had terminated services. I was blindsided by five months' worth of charges totaling over $12,000, with no opportunity to review or dispute them in real time.I now believe Rampart intentionally deployed large teams to my property while I was traveling and unable to monitor the work or expense. They took advantage of my absence and withheld billing updates until it was too late to intervene.If you work with this company, be extremely specific about what you authorize and insist on immediate and regular billing so that you stay in control of costs.I attempted to resolve the matter professionally, requesting documentation and offering a good-faith settlement. Instead, the company quickly escalated to legal threats, lien warnings, and litigationwith no attempt at compromise or dialogue.This experience was deeply disappointing. In over 40 years of homeownership, Ive never encountered a business so unwilling to engage in reasonable conversation. I believe Ramparts billing practices are misleading and potentially predatory, particularly toward customers who travel or are less able to monitor charges ********** filing this complaint to warn others and to encourage Rampart to adopt fair, transparent billing practices and better dispute resolution.

      Rampart has done such a wonderful job of keeping our natural yard and water feature looking amazing! They are very reliable and efficient in their yard maintenance. Customer service is top notch and very friendly!Would highly recommend to family, friends and anyone looking for professional yard care.Many thanks to everyone at Rampart!
