"Well the service was the worst they had a guy working on my truck who had no idea what he was doing I had to put my own dash back together I purchased a new amp from them and a new stereo I spent over 2k I was in there several times in a 4 month period to have work done because it was never completed the first time around well during this time the Kenwood deck stopped working right I again went back and was told we need to order a new one to swap it out at that point I much rather just buy a new deck that was gonna be about **** dollars more then the Kenwood they said ok but we can only give you less then half credit for your Kenwood I then got furious and just wanted it removed and replaced with a new new Kenwood being it had a full 1 year warranty from Kenwood they wanted to pull there display out and swap it out that way I then said no I give you back your deck you give me all my stuff I bought back the way I bought it they never gave me back my old amp ***** said the installer stole it and is no were to be found so I have a stereo that don't work a missing amp and very poor quality work. I was good to these guys I bought that whole shop lunch and all they did was rip me off I wrote there headquarters and never got a response so now I will start to take legal action!" ...
