I have only placed one order with Rocky Mountain BioAg, but so far the customer service has been amazing. I had a question about dilution, so I called them directly. Calls like this are usually a waste of time, however, not only did I get all the information I could have hoped for, the response was fast and ******* could not have been more courteous. Ive been growing now for about 30 yrs, competatively for 15 growing things means the world to me. Like myself this company umderstands how important growing is to the world, their products and cuatomer service show their dedication to this! My roockie yr growing giant veggies i used thier quantum total, mircrobe mana dry and liquid to grow my ****** pumpkin wich was a rookie record at the time, a 139" long gourd and multiple 5lb tomatoes along with a 96lb butternutt squash, 65lb watermelon *** an 8lb carrot! There microbial products are bar none the best ive ever found on the market and their costumer service is the same! All my orders thus far have been shipped the same day i ordered them, i recieved them within a few days in perfect condition. Id recommend using their products tp any proffessional or recreational grower as it will absolutely boost your plants health along with the yields! I placed an order on Saturday afternoon/evening and my shipment is already on the way as Im writing this Monday afternoon.
