      My rating would be a negative 5 if that was an option *** installed my septic wrong, i had paid for a specific septic design and he changed the plans without my consent and without approval. Has not given any paper work for changed septic design. He sends a bill for over $19,000 for him charging time and equip after he said via email it would be ******. He says this septic system took over 2 FULL weeks of averge 8 hours a day to instal this syste, I have gotten estimates from 3 differnt contractors and said it shouldnt have take more than max * days doing it solo. he is charging triple time and eqip. as well as not finishing the job. The county redflagged some things and he has not finished or fixed these. ***** provided business insurab=nce from his company, has supplies copies of any "said" extra supplies that were bought when prior all the equipmnt needed was delivered . He hasnt provided any warranty information or an updated septic design. I paid for a larger 2 tank septic and he put in a 1 tank different design and hasnt provided updated design that the county is requesting. His process has been very disorganized always trying to deflect and change subjects when asked a direct question. Very unstable with pricing and its againt the law to over charge a person just because they have no work, well there a reason why he doesnt have work. he price gouges after the work is done. hes a *****.
